What You’ll Do
- Drive marketing strategy and growth initiatives by using data driven approach;
- Create data driven insights about the impact of our performance marketing campaigns in different European markets
- Analyze large data sets, and design statistical analyses that continuously improve our marketing impact;
- Maintain and improve marketing dashboards and analysis which are crucial for ROI optimization;
- Develop new approaches to meet our growth KPIs through data driven marketing optimization
- Coordinate and execute technical implementations with different advertising platforms and channels;
- Lead the ideation and execution of technical product and marketing tool changes that drive growth for all international markets that we operate;
- Communicate details, results and technical implementations across all stakeholders for marketing tech related projects;
- Work closely with product and machine learning teams to implement new projects that increase marketing effectiveness.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;
- Solid experience with data analysis and interpretation to make business decisions;
- Strong expertise using SQL to extract and transform data in large and complex forms
- Experience in marketing, product management or growth;
- Preferably experience with technical implementations of the advertising tools; such as, Google Tag Manager, FB Pixels, Adjust…
- Preferably experience with R, Python
- High level English proficiency - both written and spoken;
- Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
- Courage to face with ambiguity and uncertainty;
- A self-starter mindset and can-do attitude;
