Support the Customer Logistics strategy for Turkiye.
Take full responsibility for your team and area and ensure all Customer Service, operational, efficiency & financial KPIs are monitored effectively and targets achieved relating to and develop and maintain Service Level Agreements with our customers
Manage day to day operational relationship with our key distributors and work cross functionally
Take ownership and participate in projects, resulting in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing efficiency, lower costs and optimized inventory levels
Produce month end reporting on open orders to ship and back order status, ensuring revenue is maximized
Ensure orders and requests are processed in the agreed timeframe
Organize and take part in key supplier service reviews (UPS, FEDEX, Turkish Airlines etc.)
Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and Quality policies are implemented and applied in your area and robust procedures, work instructions, training are in place and liaise with and visit customers in order to partner with them to develop innovative solutions and solve issues
What You Need
Required:
BS Degree in a relevant field
Fluency in English
Operations / logistics experience including a customer facing role
Strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritizing and organizing workload
Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization
Ability to work on their own initiative, prioritizing and organizing workload.
Preferred:
Project / People Management qualifications
Reverse logistics and consignment type business experience (such as Medical Device, Healthcare Markets)
