SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support the department for enlisting Jotun products in specifications of maximum projects by developing contacts with architects and consultants in order to ensure Jotun’s specifications are approved and followed at all project levels for profitable sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Specification Manager in getting approvals on Jotun products for most of the projects in assigned country by providing necessary technical and commercial information to increase the chances of securing projects.
- Maintain updated database on all important construction projects and architects in an assigned country.
- Attending and giving support to marketing activities for architectural offices.
- Build up strong business network within selected professional groups of consultants, architects, designers and project specifiers by initiating contacts to support Jotun’s specifications approvals by project decision makers.
- Conduct technical and commercial trainings/orientation sessions at seminars to increase Jotun’s visibility and maximize sales through the architect channel.
- Identify and map projects in assigned countries, influence the decision makers to ensure Jotun specifications are approved and securing projects for Jotun’s business benefit.
- Monitor construction and paint industry market status and use the collected data to support Jotun’s position in market by promoting and implementing Jotun products and concepts to be the paint supplier leader in market.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales target by securing approvals for Jotun specifications, updating them on project activities and status in order to ensure successful completion of sales process of Jotun to assigned projects.
- Initiate, develop and maintain long term relationships with specifiers by regular visits, conducting presentations and attending seminars.
- Arrange regular meetings with leading architects, consultants and project owners to present Jotun as a Company and its products, including technical documentation on performance, features, etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For :
- Graduated from university (Preferably Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Urban and Regional Planning departments of universities),
- In a similar position min. 2 years of experience,
- No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
- Very good command of English and Turkish,
- Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,
- Collaboration and teamwork
