Job Description:DrBalcony is seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer/Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of both an architect and a drafter, where you will utilize your design expertise and technical drafting skills to create innovative balcony structures and improve the overall design process. You will play a crucial role in transforming architectural concepts into detailed plans and documentation that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Design:
- Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Create plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings as required.
- Ensure drawings are precise, clear, and aligned with project specifications.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
Code and Regulation Compliance:
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and changes in regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project progress.
- Prepare supporting documents such as material specifications and design reports.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance during the design and construction phases.
- Assist with troubleshooting design issues and proposing solutions.
