The Analytics Client Manager will be working very closely with clients in the FMCG world to have a rigorous understanding of their business, objectives, priorities, and investment decisions they are making or considering. This will enable you to highlight unmet client needs and identify sales opportunities to pass to our account development associates.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Consult and assist clients in optimizing their sales effectiveness in store and return on investments; 
  • Maintain Advanced Analytics Project Insights Excellence; 
  • Consulting Services Focus – Increased Opportunities and Revenue thru Insights & Services; 
  • Prepare proposals and design projects that address the individual Client needs; 
  • Cooperate effectively with local and international teams on the project execution;
  • Help retail and cpg clients “win at the shelf” and improve their business performance through excellence in Assortment, Pricing, Promotion and Route to Market; 
  • Analyze project results from the perspective of client business 
  • Deliver presentations which provide insights and recommendations into clients’ strategies and ROI; 

 
REQUIREMENTS:


  • Min. 4 years of experience in FMCG retail world, B2B sales preferably in technology area, project management;  
  • Excellent analytical skills is a must; 
  • Knowledge in relational database solutions SQL, Oracle, Access is plus;
  • Communication and teamwork across global technical teams for the assigned projects; 
  • New sales (prospecting, pipeline management) and business process management via technical know how; 
  • Strong client management and presentation skills; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English); 
  • Exceptional problem solving skills; 
  • Well-organized and capable of handling mission-critical projects while meeting deadlines;
