•Ensuring customer satisfaction is primary duty.
•To perform all operation and documentation issues in correct and efficient way. Make sure all files are closed ontime, complete and correct. Prepare required reports on time.
•To advice from direct manager to solve problematic files.
•Prepare monthly profit and loss reports of files accurate and ontime
•Prepare reports that is required by business proceses.
•To prevent action against economic damage related with customer oriented situations
•Take Actions to prevent service delay in relatios with suppliers.
•If required by management take temporary duties related with operation.
•Committed to companies internal procedures in filing documents
•Achieving an exceeding performance goals.
•Graduate of Universtiy
•Minimum of 2- 5 years operation/documentation related matter within the freight forwarding industry.
•General knowledge of various local and International shipping and freight forwarding practices is an advantage.
•Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analise situations and to make good decisions based on available information.
•Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
