Responsibilities
- Lead the AI/ML & Data Science team by setting performance standards, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure professional growth and project success.
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs, maintain effective communication, use consultative skills and negotiation skills as necessary to align project objectives with business goals.
- Foster and uphold the company’s culture within the team, ensuring a harmonious work environment that encourages collaboration, resilience and innovation.
- Ensure the execution of projects is on schedule and meets the high-quality standards expected by the company and its clients, with a particular focus on generating actionable insights that drive business value.
