The Role & What You Will Be Doing



Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Administrative Coordinator role will make an impact:



This role will report to the Country Manager ;


  • Greeting incoming guests and organizing meetings


  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.


  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.


  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.


  • Generating reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations.


  • Managing administrative purchasing processes in accordance with the procedure


  • Performing internal and external correspondence for the manager to which he/she is affiliated.


  • Managing & organizing fleet management admin. Officer


  • Supporting the relevant unit in the occupational health and safety function


  • Ensuring coordination with other departments.



About Your Skills & Experience



For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:




  • Min. 5 years experience in similar role


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


  • Prior administrative experience in a global organization.


  • Excellent computer skills.


  • Interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation skills,


  • Proficiency in English,


  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
