ABOUT THE TEAMThe Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Facility management of Istanbul Warehouses(Anatolia Side or Kocaeli Region),
- Monitoring the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained,
- Ensuring business continuity by taking all measurements in Istanbul Warehouses,
- Managing the written communication with governmental bodies and following-up of the process,
- Adapting to intense and flexible working dynamics within the organization,
- Controlling the facility services (catering, cleaning, security and transportation) and supporting the organization on solving problems,
- Defining the materials to be purchased, order management and follow up,
- Management and execution of all events & special days.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelors Degree,
- 8+ years of experience in facility management, min of 5 years of demonstrated ability at a lead/manager level,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with blue collar management,
- Interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation skills,
- Vendor management experience including performance management,
- The ability to draw information from different sources,
- Driving license is required,
- English is required,
- Travel flexibility.
