  • Communicating with suppliers for office, vehicle and fixture purchases.
  • Conducting supplier selection processes and providing cost advantage by comparing price offers.
  • To check the compliance of purchased services with quality standards.
  • Managing the purchasing processes of fixtures for the company's needs.
  • Keeping inventory records of fixed assets and ensuring regular checks.
  • Organizing necessary maintenance and repair processes.
  • Organizing the maintenance, insurance, tax and rental processes of company vehicles.
  • To monitor and report the usage and fuel of vehicle fleets.
  • Carrying out vehicle purchase or rental processes in accordance with fleet needs.
  • Managing the processes for opening new offices and operating existing offices.
  • Ensuring that office order, cleanliness and occupational safety standards are maintained.
  • Procuring necessary office supplies and keeping track of stock.
