Job Description
Delivery Hero Europe is looking for a Specialist - Accounts Payable team (f/m/d) for its Finance Regional Services team in Turkey. This role is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable team in the Finance Regional Services center - overseeing accounts payable activities across Delivery Hero operations in assigned European countries.
- Responsible for processing and paying direct and indirect supplier invoices.
- Ensure compliance with payment terms, resolve incoming requests from suppliers, and monitor the team's performance and development.
- Ensure that payment processing is done on time and accurately for indirect procurement invoices from suppliers
- Responsible for the performance metrics/SLAs for Accounts payable operations for assigned countries
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the region and countries to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Ongoing supplier account maintenance and balance reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Participation in digitization and automation of A/P processes
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of career experience in Finance preferably with a multinational company
- 1-3 years of proven experience of IFRS accounting principles and AP processes, including the purchase-to-pay cycle.
- Proficiency in English ( written and/or spoken)
- Proven experience in leading small/mid-sized Finance Operations teams
- Proven Experience in handling SAP and ARIBA for Procure-to-pay transactions
Good-to-have Experience and Skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work with stakeholders across different European countries
- Eagerness to incubate and establish a culture of continuous improvement in A/P processes
