Ferring+You
You’ll be responsible to support both accounting and logistics area. Together with a very dynamic and hands-on team, you’ll report directly to the Finance Manager.
Your day at Ferring
- Communicate with the Ferring Group for all of the operations related with Accounting and Logistics
- Ensure the monthly closing task in respect of the guidelines provided by the superior, the requirements of company departments and the Corporate department
- Control all accounting transactions and expenses like monthly local tax declarations, AP and AR reconciliations with IC
- Carry out Internal Control procedures and assist internal/external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant appropriate standards
- Check prepaids, currency valuation calculations, amortization calculation, congress expenses and license fees
- Contribute to the preparation/consolidation of local budgets and analysis and periodical revisions; prepare daily sales report and MMFC
- Co-ordination and supervision of selected activities of Logistics Dpt. (distribution of finished goods etc.), management of process continuity and linkage
- Ensure effective operational performance and high customer service level by logistics team and the 3rd party logistics provider in line with MoH regulations and Ferring quality standards
- Responsible for procurement of all logistics related materials and services at optimum costs
- Supervise shipments based on the available stock levels, lead times, sales forecasts and market dynamics to optimize inventory levels
- Execute the preparation of sales & analysis, inventory, tender mapping, rolling forecast reports
- Submit forecasts through global forecasting systems, facilitates forecasting accuracy through sales and operation planning meetings
- Implement global/regional supply chain projects in coordination with HQ
- Timely, accurate, effective execution of import operations
- Putting forward suggestions to changes aimed at cost control or effectiveness

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience (Preferably in Big 4 )
- Solid knowledge of both IFRS and Local GAAP (VUK)
- Understanding of theories and facts about accounting discipline and auditing
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent excel skills, detail orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is an asset
- Analytical, business and inventory planning skills
- Good at both communication & negotiation and team motivator
