Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Communication:


  • Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
  • Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively.

Operational Support:


  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Customer Success Monitoring: (Training provided, no experience necessary)


  • Track and analyze customer success metrics
  • Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to implement strategies that enhance client experience.
  • Provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management.

Sales Process Analysis: (Training provided, no experience necessary)


  • Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques.
  • Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.

Partnership Development (Training provided, no experience necessary)


  • Identify and establish partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market.
  • Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.
  • Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth

Strategic Support:


  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Support training and development programs for sales team members
