What you will doWe are looking for an Account Manager- Engineered (Gas Extinguishing) Systems to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.You serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters as well as build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.How you will doAs an Account Manager, you will develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders and prepare sales reports. You also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.You are a hunter driven to seek and develop strong client relationships, naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously thanks to your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.  What we look forRequiredProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organizationSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluent language skills in English – written, reading, spokenPreferredExperienced in using SAP  #LI-ED1
