We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing sales activities to achieve defined revenue targets within your assigned territory. What you’ll do at Elekta
Your role will include ( but not limited to)
Makes recommendations regarding the company’s overall sales strategies
Develops a business plan and sales strategy
Proposes the sales targets before the sales period
Checks the sales force to perform the specified target
To identify in service training necessities
Organises sales activities and action plans
Creates an appropriate reporting system for tracking of sales activities
Follows up and coordinates the tender preparations
Contributes in determination of the selling price for projects
Participates to the tenders
Informs the project management after the signing of contract
Tracks the competitor information relating to sales and keeps it updated
Follows the national organisations of Congress and coordinates with the Marketing Manager
Makes periodic assessments of sales activities and informs all related parties
The right stuff:
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
Proven experience in customer relationship management
Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
Written and spoken English language is required
What you bring:
Technical sales skills
Good knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of market research
Relevant product and industry knowledge
Experience in sales of capital equipment
Ability to travel up to 60%
