Job Description

This position of Distribution and Market Developer Manager Turkey is available due to NXP growth and offers genuine progression.


You will be responsible for managing sales budgets and forecasting sales activity for your region, and meeting clients to develop sales for your distributor. You will be comfortable working from home and travelling across Turkey.



Job Description


In this role the Distribution and Market Developer Manager is responsible for achieving Design-Win (DW) targets and respective sales in assigned applications segments achieved via NXP distribution network and at focused and TMMAs accounts by:


  • Creating distribution and partners strategy for dedicated focused segments and products
  • Ensuring Go-to-Market (GTM) plans are updated and reviewed internally at least twice a year
  • Keeping key indicators on target level or above (to be tracked on regular basis)
  • Creating of eco-systems and working with different parts of value chain including distribution partners, design houses, service providers etc.
  • Drive together with distributors necessary trainings for focused segments.
  • Keeping projects updated in SalesForce.com and ModelN with demand forecast and POS numbers aligned.
  • Managing project registration system (ModelN) for distributors and creating dedicated Accounts Plans for TOP30-50 focused accounts in the region
  • Driving growing strategy at several TOP TMMAs accounts to WIN projects and MS vs competitors
  • Arranging regular QBRs and projects review meetings with distributors and focused customers.
  • Aligning necessary technical support for key projects with help of local and global FAE & DFAE resources
  • Marcom plans are defined and aligned with GTM per segment and implemented in due time

Experience & Qualification


  • Bachelor / Master Degree  within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related subject 
  • Minimum of 7 years sales experience working with distributors in B to B sectors (automotive, electronics, semiconductors) in Turkey.
  • Be comfortable presenting to customers and holding technical conversations
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and closing skills with customers
