Istanbul, Turkey.
Responsibilities may include the following and other
duties may be assigned:
- All administrative support functions, including greeting
and guiding of visitors, organizing documents, travel organizations, hotel
bookings, visa applications, and meeting preparation.
- Acting as the point of contact between the customers and
the team and managing information flow and communication within the company.
- Managing the work calendar/agenda of the vice president
by prioritizing commitments to maximize time and productivity.
- Maintaining Vice President’s appointment schedule by
planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations for the
meetings, and providing pre and post-meeting follow-up notes.
- Organizing external meetings with vendors, sellers,
logistics partners, government departments and trade bodies in the region.
- Managing weekly/monthly reporting.
- Managing the overall communication among Leadership team,
and between Vice President.
- Making timely decisions on behalf of the Vice President
in their absence.
- Collaborating with Turkey based Business support
coordinators for the administrative processes.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
- Min. 5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant
in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and
fluency in English
- Strong passion to adopt changing status
- Adaptation to flexible working hours
