We are looking for a Senior Employee Experience Specialist for a globally scaled company operating in the Financial Technology sector for over 20 years in more than 30 countries.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing employee experience strategies.
Conducting surveys, interviews, and analyses to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, and reporting the results to senior management.
Managing performance management projects and driving necessary improvements.
Improving onboarding processes to accelerate new employees' adaptation and increase efficiency.
Managing offboarding processes end-to-end.
Developing projects based on employee feedback and implementing improvement actions.
Organizing motivation-boosting events, training, and development programs for employees.
Contributing to employer branding strategies to ensure the company ranks among top employers.
Supporting the development and implementation of internal communication strategies.
Participating in research and implementation projects that drive organizational development.
Designing and executing HR projects aimed at improving and enhancing processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in employee experience or human resources.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct data analysis and develop results-oriented projects.
Experience in employee engagement, employer branding, and internal communication processes.
Knowledge of HR software and survey tools is a plus.
Experience with HR projects and performance management systems.
