Job description



As part of the Marketing team, based in Paris and Barcelona, reporting to the Senior Brand & Communications Manager, the Content Manager will lead content creation to drive brand awareness, engage the target audiences, and support lead generation efforts.

Main missions:



Content Management - 80%



• Develop and implement a content strategy using AI tools to align with company objectives, target marketing efforts, and generate high-quality business leads (MQL).
• Lead the copywriting, curation, and optimization (including SEO) of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, expert interviews, webinars, and email campaigns, tailored to the target audiences.
• Collaborate with all internal teams (Business, Product, Marketing) to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business goals, utilizing market data and customer insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends to optimize content for search engines and propose innovative formats for content (written and video).

LinkedIn corporate pages management - 20%



• Create and publish LinkedIn-specific content, fostering audience interaction and growing follower base.
• Monitor LinkedIn analytics, track performance metrics, and fine-tune content strategies for optimal engagement.

Candidate Profile:



✔️ Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature or related field.
✔️ Proven experience of 3 years minimum in content marketing, including creating and managing content strategies, developing engaging content, and measuring content performance, with a strong understanding of AI-powered content tools and technologies.
✔️ Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
✔️ Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

✔️ Creativity: The ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content that resonate with the target audience.
✔️ Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the content marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
✔️ Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
✔️ Analytical Thinking: The capability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize content strategies based on performance insights.

LANGUAGES:



✔️ French: native speaker level
✔️ English: fluent level

LOCALIZATION:



✔️ Based in Barcelona (Madrid possible)
✔️ Beginning expected: November 2024
You are a Native French speaker and European citizen under 29 years old ;
you have more than 3 years of work experience in Content Management ;
you have never worked in Spain before ;
