Role Purpose:
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of sourcing, attracting, and connecting with exceptional technical talent that drives our company’s success. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the technical world, outstanding communication skills, and a knack for building meaningful relationships with both candidates and business partners.
As a vital part of our recruiting team, you’ll work closely with Lead Recruiters to find hidden talent, create innovative sourcing strategies, and engage with incredible candidates. Your work will play a crucial role in building our world-class engineering team, which is breaking ground in Cloud Storage infrastructure.
Principals Only. No Recruiters. This position is being hired through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), which supports Wasabi Technologies with payroll and HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
+ Source and engage top technical talent by leveraging diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, HireEZ, our applicant tracking system, and other innovative sourcing tools, driving a streamlined and effective recruitment process.
+ Collaborate closely with lead recruiters to understand job requirements, align hiring goals, and develop customized sourcing strategies.
+ Utilize a mix of traditional and creative sourcing techniques to identify and connect with exceptional candidates, while staying up to date with the latest tools and market trends.
+ Track and analyze sourcing metrics to ensure a data-driven approach, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
+ Build long-term relationships with candidates, fostering a collaborative culture and finding ways to enhance sourcing practices.
Requirements:
+ Proven technical background, experienced in sourcing top talent for technical roles.
+ 1+ years of hands-on experience in technical sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS (Lever or Greenhouse) and other sourcing tools.
+ Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and personalized candidate outreach.
+ Self-driven with a strong "can-do" mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring smooth and efficient sourcing workflows.
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or related transferable technical work experience.
