Description of the role Responsibilities : Perform different Talent Acquisition duties such as creating and publishing job ads according to company standards, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and f ollow up with candidates throughout the entire hiring process . Complete various Workday tasks from hiring to termination and maintain and update all employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and organized . Support the Director of People & Culture in preparation of reports, audits and other tasks. Knowledge and skills Education : Academic e ducation or equivalent experience. Experience : Skills and Abilities : Must possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams , an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. Strong work ethic, confidentiality and well developed organizational skills are requirements. Advanced computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French and English language.
