The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and hiring top talent, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by recruiting the best talent available.



Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personnel recruitment for jobs in the defined area (IT, Test Engineering, Design, Finance, Quality...) Conduct personnel selection process for jobs in defined area. Conduct personnel selection meetings and support hiring decisions in cooperation with the functional departments. Forcast quarterly and annual hiring needs for the E-Support functions Departments. Conduct sourcing/online research according to the input from the job specification. Prepare, conduct and assess the selection tests for the respective area of responsibility. Support projects within the department in the area of time management, promotions, employee transfers, benefits, etc. Cooperate in the definition of job requirements/specifications together with the business units. Review application documents and provide corresponding recommendations. Prepare documents and consolidate data for HR reporting. Prepare documents according to guidelines (e.g. employment contracts, references, etc) Participate in the recruiting forums. Participate in the recruitment events with Institutes, associations, employment offices, training centers… Monitoring and supporting the integration of the new recruits.

Profile:



Bachelor/Master Degree in management, business administration, and Human Resources Management. Knowledge in HR and Recruitment Fluent English. Master Pack Office.
