Job Description

  Job Title: Site Content Administrator
   Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Reporting to:Director, Global Product Manager



Overview of Role:



 The Site Content Administrator works with the E-Commerce team, business owners, information systems  developers, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of new promotions, campaigns,  product additions, and website requirements. The role involves timely execution and communication of  customer-impacting events, while being an integral member of the Web production team. The  administrator ensures the accurate and seamless display of product content, managing content  workflows and collaboration between cross-functional teams.



What you will do:


 Promotions:


  • Ensures proper integration of promotions with front-end and back-end systems such as websites, Oracle, SOE, and COE, aligning with customer needs and business requirements.
  • Manages the setup of key codes, promotions, and other order fulfilment requirements on time and accurately.
  • Works to prevent delays in order fulfilment through proactive testing and escalates potential issues to management.
  • Collaborates with internal team members to resolve promotional functionality issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Coordinates with the lead web production resource to address additional requirements as necessary.

 Team Production Processes:


  • Participates in the planning and execution of team production processes to meet business requirements.
  • Communicates timelines and coordination requirements to ensure seamless execution of tasks across teams.

 Website Functionality Testing:


  • Participates in the development and testing of new website features and functionalities.
  • Works closely with IS and business users to ensure that new or revised website requirements are fully documented and communicated for smooth integration and deployment.
  • Manages and ensures successful internal/external team testing for the integration of all new website functionalities.
  • Develops and updates testing scripts and processes for both new functionalities and ongoing iterative testing.

 Merchandising:


  • Responsible for day-to-day tasks related to product loads, pricing, promotions, and website support.
  • Ensures that products are fully loaded with required data and attributes.
  • Develops and maintains the product catalogue.
  • Enters promotions into websites and back-end systems.
  • Works closely with merchandising and creative teams to resolve any issues and meet deadlines.

 Global Requirements:


  • Tracks product errors or customer issues on the site and recommends permanent solutions to recurring problems.

Other responsibilities include:


  • Product Data Management by Monitoring JIRA (RQSM, WSA, PRDCHG) and Promoting / Demoting
  • Status change requests including. Disable/re-enable.
  • New product activation through managing Site Merch Pending Batch Tracker
  • Localization of attributes
  • Attaching accessories
  • Discount Setup (can be offloaded to Pricing & promotions)
  • Top Navigation Management (can be offloaded to Site Merch)

What we need from you:
 


  • Proven experience in site content management, ecommerce, or product data management.
  • Strong familiarity with JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools for managing content-related tasks and product changes.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and ecommerce platforms (e.g., CMS, Cockpit V1/V2, MCP).
  • Strong understanding of product content localization and working with multilingual content.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for minor troubleshooting or content updates is a plus.
  • Experience with discount and promotion setup within ecommerce platforms is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English is required

 Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with top navigation management and site merchandising in an ecommerce context.
  • Familiarity with batch processing and content upload management.
  • Understanding of global ecommerce strategies and localization best practices.
  • Analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools to optimize content and site performance.
