Job Description

About this Position
The SHE Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
What you'll do
  • Ensure zero-harm culture by identifying risks, eliminating hazards, and enforcing SHE policies to prevent workplace incidents
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal and corporate SHE requirements and maintain updated permits, reports, and records
  • Lead root cause investigations for all SHE incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct regular safety trainings and awareness programs to build a strong safety culture
  • Perform site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous SHE improvements
  • Lead sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices
  • Work closely with leadership, employees, and regulatory bodies to foster collaboration in SHE initiatives
  • Track SHE KPIs and implement data-driven improvement initiatives

What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical, or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SHE in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications would be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, risk assessments, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and incident investigation methodologies
  • Mastery of Microsoft Pack
  • English is mandatory
  • Team Player, organized, proactive and results oriented
