SEO Production Specialist

Overview of Role:

The SEO Production Specialist will be an integral team member for growing organic search globally. Reporting to our Sr. SEO Manager for, the SEO Production Specialist will work alongside the SEO, content, development, and site merch teams, as well as collaborate with the larger ecommerce department. The SEO Production Specialist will support our ideation and implementation efforts for all markets to increase online traffic and conversion by expanding our presence. The role is also an ideal position to learn and expand on SEO skillsets through training and testing.

What you will do:

• Implement live site changes to SEO meta elements, text content, photos, URLs, and HTTP statues across a variety of page types, which can include category pages, product pages, blog posts, infographics, and organic social posts.
• Perform topic ideation, keyword research, and content optimization across all countries.
• Collaborate on localization efforts between internal and external teams.
• Assist in digital PR research.
• Learn more about and help guide initiatives in the spaces where SEO, content, creative and social media converge.
• Participate in cross-team brainstorms and discussions to discover new opportunities and plan ahead.
• Help run both pre/post and A/B tests.
• Participate in SEO training to learn more and drive further career growth.

Skills, Proficiencies & Habits:

• 1-3 years experience in marketing or communications, preferably working with or within an SEO or content marketing team.
• Degree in advertising, marketing, PR, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of SEO concepts and content marketing strategies
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as AHrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, SEO Clarity, WordPress, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker, Microsoft Excel
• Maintain expertise in industry by reading relevant articles and blogs.
• Stay up to date on latest Google activity, trends, AI developments.
• Knowledge and awareness of technical SEO initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An eye for detail and a collaborative mindset 
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Second language a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish preferred)
