Become part of our SI team and actively contribute to our success. Your Mission:
• Act as a central contact person for information security topics within the country organization for Dräxlmaier locations.
• Ensuring the expansion and coordination of the information security management system based on e.g. ISO 27001 / TISAX.
• Conducting protection needs analyses, risk management, and deriving and managing measures for sustainable improvement of the information security level.
• Identification of weak points and initiation of measures for the continuous optimization of information security.
• Further development of information security management using existing and suitable standard solutions of the corporate group.
• Conducting risk analyses and assessments of IT systems and services from an information security perspective.
• Development and implementation of target group-oriented training as well as awareness and security testing measures.
• Preparation of work instructions based on higher-level security regulations.
• Reporting suspicious and security incidents to the CISO and participating in their analysis, control, clarification and processing of security incidents.
• Ensuring compliance with Group-wide security regulations, responsibility for creating, updating and complying with global and regional security related corporate guidelines and standards.
• Supporting and advising on IT projects and initiatives.
• Regular reporting to the local committee and the CISO.
• Manage external Information Security audits (e.g. TISAX / ISO 27001) and conduct internal assessments based on defined standards.
Your Profile:
• Completed (technical) university studies (e.g., computer science, business informatics, cyber security or business administration) or corresponding professional background.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in information security as well as strong knowledge within IT infrastructure and information security.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO27x series standards and TISAX framework.
• Certification in the area of information security or as an ISO 27001 auditor (desirable).
• Strong project management skills in collaboration with the regions.
• Ability to manage audits as auditee and auditor.
• High assertiveness and communication skills in English language.
• Proactive attitude with continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally (project dependent up to 25%).
