Production Planner
We have an opportunity for a Production Planner to join us at Honeywell in NABEUL, TUN. To be successful in this role, you need to have 1-2 years of experience in Planning, Master Planner and Demand planner, full understanding of the supply chain process and SAP skills.

At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
This Production Planner role is an integral part of Supply Chain with responsibility for managing material flow and orders with our contract manufacturers to mitigate supply chain risks and achieve inventory and customer fulfillment targets. They will plan production, schedule manufacturing orders, and coordinate the flow of work and materials to meet delivery expectations of forecasted and actual sales. As a Production Planner, this role influences management and department decisions and may participate in long-term planning discussions.
Additionally, as a Production Planner, you will be expected to facilitate training for
incoming team members and provide coverage support in the absence of the department
manager. The responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, closely monitoring the production processes, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers. The planner will reflect demand changes in our planning systems to ensure high accuracy of inventory availability and ensure accuracy in inventory records, item usage history, and forecasting files.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing and reporting on Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Master Production Scheduling on Production Planning and Scheduling. Serve as an SAP Production Control Module Leader by solving issues that may arise and impact the Production Control/Inventory Control Departments within the SAP environment. Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators for planning adherence, WIP monitoring, work center utilization, planning backlog, master data accuracy (planning-related), customer backorder and lead time, and schedule attainment. Create and manage the Production Plan/ Master Production Schedule. Capacity constraints escalation- gaps. Escalate capacity constraints and suggest solutions to resolve gaps. Available vs Due date (from week 5 to week 12 window) Manage material constraints in the mid-term horizon. SIOP supply management Provide input and participate in the supply review process. Identify and resolve incorrect parameters in the System and Troubleshoot issues in SAP and Rapid Response planning systems. Lead and interact with multi-functional teams Interact and coach functional leaders Review and request to expedite materials (Internal / External). Collaborate on NPI projects. Analyze data using Excel, PowerBi, Pivot Table, etc. Champion continuous process improvement within the planning function.
We Value:
Bachelor’s degree/Industrial Engineer Diploma 1-2 years of experience in Planning, Master Planner, and Demand planner English 90% Written and spoken 1-2 years SAP (Kinaxis / Rapid Response is a bonus) Microsoft Office Excel Advance (VLook up/ Pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint, Word. Full understanding of the supply chain process.
