Marketing Manager

Our client is a forward-thinking company dedicated to building innovative brands. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategies, manage content creation, and oversee various marketing operations. This leadership role requires a proactive and creative individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing.

Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Marketing Strategies:
  Proactively develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals. Foster creativity and innovation in all marketing efforts.

  
  

• Content Creation Management:
  Oversee content creation for social media and blog writing, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and goals.

  
  

• SEO Knowledge:
  Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to company assets.

  
  

• Email Marketing Management:
  Manage and oversee email marketing operations through Klaviyo, ensuring effective campaigns that engage the audience and drive conversions.

  
  

• Ads Management:
  Oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads agency operations, ensuring effective ad campaigns that meet performance targets.

  
  

• Agency Collaboration:
  Work closely with external agencies, keeping track of deadlines and tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

  
  

• Internal Management Tools:
  Utilize ClickUp and HubSpot for project management, tracking progress, and maintaining organization within marketing operations.

  
  

• Leadership:
  Provide confident and self-sufficient leadership, guiding the marketing team and ensuring high performance and accountability.

  Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

  
  

• Strong Team Leadership:
  Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  3+ years experience in a leadership marketing role, with a strong background in content creation, SEO, email marketing (preferably with Klaviyo), and digital advertising.

  
  

• SaaS Background:
  Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.

  
  

• Influencer Marketing:
  Previous experience in influencer marketing is highly preferred.

  
  

• Project Management/CRM Tools:
  Familiarity with ClickUp and HubSpot for effective project management.

  
  

• Fluent English:
  Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  
  

• Confident Leader:
  Self-sufficient and confident in leading teams, with a track record of managing marketing functions successfully.
