MARKETING ASSOCIATE TUNISIA
We are looking for a MARKETING ASSOCIATE for a position located in the Tunisia office and reporting to the country Marketing Manager.
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Marketing initiatives in the respective market, both Portfolio initiative and Consumer & Trade Activation programs, focused on digital marketing initiatives.
What you will be doing:
As a Marketing Associate in Tunisia, you will:
- Support the development and management of consumer promotional initiatives in compliance with local legislation and JTI Marketing Global Guidelines.
- Plan and develop consumer and trade activation programs across all channels, and touch points.
- Create all branded activities influencing awareness and equity with a strong focus on digital engagement.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on local projects and digital media strategies.
- Manage budget allocation and monitoring for trade activities and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years Marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Fluent in French, English & Arabic
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity, and interpersonal aptitude.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking
- Strong experience with website management and social media -
- Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
