Job Title:  Marketing Assistant – Evening Shift

Location: Tunis

Reporting to: Marketing Supervisor

Overview of Role:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the organization and tracking of mail order marketing campaigns, present and future, for Customers and Prospects for the North America/Europe teams. S/he will report directly to Marketing Supervisor. 

The Marketing Assistant must be highly organized, enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work independently with instruction in a fast-paced environment. S/he must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and works well under pressure and strict deadlines. S/he must be able to think creatively as well as analytically in order to keep up with the day to day demands of the job.

What you will do:

• All operational/ routine tasks such as: 

• Use of Microsoft Info Path to set up Mailing Campaigns for Customers and Prospects
• Art Requests / Art proofing
• Validation of customer data
• Product set up/update
• Inventory/art orders
• Sales analysis builds and updates
• Web order page proofing
• Miscellaneous presentations / reports
• Ongoing upkeep and tracking of present and future mailing campaigns for Customer & Prospects.

What we need from you:

• 2 years’ administration experience in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent proof reading skills.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel skills.
• Excellent administration skills with a high attention to details.
• High level of communication skills both Verbal & Written.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to work in tight deadlines & multi-task effectively.
• Fluent English.
