Job Description

Job Title: List Processing Administrator
Report to:  Team Supervisor 
Location: Tunis

Overview of Role: 


The List Processing Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the List Processing Team by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring team resources are up to date. Acting as the first point of contact for team email requests, this role is pivotal in maintaining organization and prioritizing incoming tasks. You will help streamline processes by cataloguing documentation, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in report management, contributing to the team’s overall efficiency and accuracy. 
 



What you will do:


We are looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive who is eager to find better and faster ways to support the team:


  • Email & Communication Management: Filter, prioritize, and respond to general emails for the List Processing Team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Documentation Management: Update and maintain all List Processing documentation, including guidance notes, process documents, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Vendor & Contact Coordination: Collate and update contact information for vendors and team members, maintaining a current and accessible contact database.
  • Campaign Registration: Register all mailing campaigns on the List Processing dashboard, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Issue Management: Track and manage JIRA tickets, and report on any issues or data completion statuses, assisting the team in resolving minor issues as needed.
  • Report Transfer & Verification: Ensure timely transfer of reports to relevant teams, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • KPI Reporting: Compile and report weekly on KPIs to provide insights into team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team’s workflow and deadlines.

Technical Requirements:


  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc.)
  • Basic experience with MS Access (desired but not essential)
  • Report writing skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
