Missions :



Creating and maintaining team- and partner task tracking documents
Tracking project implementation progress and milestones and keeping the relevant documentation up to date (e.g. project roadmap)
Oversee and coordinate the work of your team to ensure successful delivery on programmatic targets.
Collect, analyse and compile performance data on ongoing programs, and report to your manager in a structured and actionable manner.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of the new team members
Contributing to reports preparation
Managing assigned stakeholders (POC in partner organisations) in alignment with SPMs guidelines
Managing relationships with assigned partner organisations
Supporting funder relationship management if requested by SPM (ie. decks preparation, meeting participation)
Liaising with wider INCO teams (Finance / Admin / HR / Business development)

Profil recherché



Basic Qualifications:
-> At least 5 years of experience in the implementation and management of educational programs
-> Good understanding of MENA professional skills development scene and employment landscape, and able to demonstrate existing relationships with non-profit organisations, employers, institutions…

Preferred Qualifications:



-> A passion for innovation and social impact. At INCO, we do the work of an NGO with the mindset of a tech startup.
-> Ability to thrive in an international environment and to build solid professional relationships with a vast array of stakeholders ranging from community group volunteers to C-Level executives.
-> Willingness to roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets.
-> Ability to work remotely while maintaining close links with the core team through regular and transparent reporting.
-> Solid command of productivity tools (Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, etc.).
