Main Missions :
- Ensure the timely receipt, collection, and sorting of components while closely collaborating with the quality department to expedite the quality control of components and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure that all receipts/collections are accurately recorded in the SAP system in a timely manner.
- Record the receipt of components and the dispatch of finished products.
- Be responsible for raising awareness among the relevant teams if any anomalies are detected in inventory data.
- Guarantee the correct application of the SAP process.
- Conduct 5S audits within Import/Export warehouses.
- Ensure the proper status and storage of components in the warehouses.
- Implement Lean activities within the warehouses.
- Establish a reception process for display cases.
- Monitor warehouse flow and reduce warehouse space.
- Reduce and maintain a minimal inventory of indirect materials.
- Implement a process to improve the efficiency of component receipt and release.
- Train team members to meet business requirements, evaluate their performance, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
- Promote team spirit.
- Be responsible for ensuring appropriate behaviour of the warehouse team in compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management systems.
To be successful for this role :
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to engage everyone.

Good planning and decision-making skills.

Detail-oriented, with strong team integration skills and a preference for teamwork.
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP system is appreciated
- Good knowledge of in Office tools (Excel)
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English is required
