About the team:


A team of 20 Implementation and Consulting analysts as part FIS Aligne are working directly with the Aligne software development team to provide the best solutions for our customers.


We are a client facing role that is in charge of perfecting the requirements and delivering those specifics during the project phase.


The FIS Energy Trading, Risk & Logistics Platform team is Looking for a senior PM/ Implementation-Conversion Analyst to support one or more projects across the Energy Aligne Portfolio. These projects are one-time, multitask jobs that have clearly defined start and end dates, a specific scope of work, a budget, required resources, and a specified performance objective to be achieved.


What you will be doing:


As Implementation-Conversion Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for assembling the project team and using cost and scheduling tools to define the scope, budget, and resource needs, and controlling other project variables. You may also function as a liaison between IT and the Business Client, and act as the go-to person to represent the entire project from the planning through the deployment and release to operations stage.


  • Responsible for leading one or more complex projects typically up to $1 Millon


  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and processes to be addressed by ETRM solutions, driving change management and improvement opportunities.


  • Recording, tracking and communicating issues, risks, changes, and status reports within a standard tool


  • Accurately and consistently forecasting project resource, material and contract costs within standard tools


  • Developing and maintaining up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans


  • Monitoring critical project milestones, and identifying ways to resolve schedule issues


  • Communicating status of all projects to stakeholders and management


  • Preparing all project documentation for closure, storage, and possible auditing activities, ensuring technical accuracy


  • Adhere to best practices in implementation, documentation standards, and resolution processes for all project deliverables.


  • Work with technical teams to develop custom solutions tailored to client requirements.


  • Apply suitable resource allocation techniques considering project-specific needs, risks, and the expertise of core team members.


  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including business clients, project managers, and team members.


  • Conduct training sessions on functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topics

What you bring:


  • Project management experience (certification preferred)


  • Experience in eliciting functional requirements, converting them into functional specifications and designs,  implementing them on the ETRM platform, and providing testing and support.


  • Experience with trade operations, including confirmations, settlements, accounting, and compliance functions.


  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with end-to-end implementation projects.


  • Revenue/Budget management experience


  • Ability to work effectively within a project team and deliver results with minimal supervision.


  • Ability to cover US vs EU time zone(depending on the project you will be engaged in).


  • Excellent English communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
