AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Develop and implement a project management methodology
• Ensure comprehensive documentation is created and maintained for every project
• Establish best practices for standard processes, implementation changes, and knowledge transfer
• Forecast and plan resource capacity for technical and functional teams
• Manage and consolidate cost coverage
• Provide regular feedback and track individual and team progress
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Define and activate service layouts with clients
• Plan and manage resource sourcing based on workload demands
• Monitor and ensure the creation of clear processes, standards, and training for the team
• Build and manage strong strategic relationships with each active client and prospect
• Conduct regular client meetings and ensure satisfaction with services
• Identify and pursue opportunities for service continuation and expansion
• Define clear goals for all team members
WHAT DO WE ASK OF YOU?
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical or operational leadership role
• Good knowledge of insurance (Life and/or P&C)
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management
• Experience in process improvement and best practices implementation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Italian language proficiency is a must.
