Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives by identifying trends and issues from data analysis and assisting in maintaining process quality and documentation. The role collaborates with engineers and experts to address performance anomalies and process failures, and conducts research on alternative solutions. The role facilitates project communications and stakeholder engagement to build relationships with internal project teams. The role also ensures compliance with audit and legislative requirements and generates documents as per project plans. This role will be mainly part of Printing Team.
Responsibilities:
Supports portions of initiatives involving one or more functions and project teams to drive process improvement for products or service offerings. Collects, consolidates, and charts data from testing and process results for assigned portions of product and solution areas to identify trends and issues; learns and practices basic root-cause analysis. Generates documentation in accordance with provided plan and detailed specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements. Supports project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating documentation. Develops understanding of and relationships with internal project teams.
Education and Experience* Recommended:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Typically 0-2 years experience.
