The role
This role involves developing and executing a district sales plan, coaching and driving the sales team, forecasting budgets, and fostering customer relationships. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders like the marketing and brand teams to implement effective sales strategies, achieve commercial goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. The Novo Nordisk Tunisian affiliate operates with a dedicated team of nearly 40 employees, each committed to advancing the company's mission within the region. The sales department, comprising 15 individuals, plays a pivotal role in driving the company's objectives forward.
