Job Description

Our client is an innovative e-commerce business seeking a talented E-commerce Marketing Manager to manage operations, and social media channels, and develop creative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow with a dynamic company.


Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Management: Add and manage product listings on the WooCommerce site, ensuring all information is accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date.


  • Social Media Management: Oversee the Meta social media channel by posting content, engaging with the community, and developing strategies to increase engagement and foster a strong online presence.


  • Creative Marketing Strategies: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance engagement, increase conversions, and drive user sign-ups. Create campaigns that resonate with the target audience.


  • Detail-Oriented: Execute tasks with high attention to detail and maintain a friendly, approachable tone in all communications.


  • Creative and Growth-Oriented: Bring fresh ideas and seek continuous improvement in marketing efforts, contributing to the company’s success and growth.


  • Google Ads Experience (Nice to Have): If applicable, utilize Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and optimize ad performance for better results.

  • Effective Product Management: Accurate and appealing product listings on the WooCommerce site, regularly updated and well-maintained.


  • Engaging Social Media Presence: Successful management of Meta social media content that drives community engagement and supports overall marketing goals.


  • Creative Marketing Impact: Marketing strategies that boost engagement, increase conversions, and lead to higher sign-up rates.


  • Optimized Ad Performance: Efficient use of Google Ads (if applicable) to drive targeted traffic and meet marketing objectives.


  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks and communications.


  • Creative Growth: Contributing innovative ideas and continuously seeking ways to improve and grow with the company.


Qualifications:


  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience managing product listings and e-commerce operations, especially on WooCommerce.


  • Social Media Skills: Expertise in managing Meta social media channels and fostering online community engagement.


  • Creative Marketing: Ability to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that increase engagement and conversions.


  • Google Ads (Advantageous): Experience with Google Ads is a plus.


  • Detail-Oriented and Friendly: Strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor.


  • Creative Thinking: Capacity for innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to enhance marketing efforts.


  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
