As part of its growth, Free2Move Tunisia is looking for a Bilingual French and English Customer Advisor to strengthen its teams.
Under the direction of the Care team, you will be the main point of contact for customers, and you will have to respond to their requests, resolve their problems by guiding them throughout their mobility experience.

Your missions:



Answer all questions concerning our service (Calls and emails) in French and English Report all malfunctions or problems on the tools. Handle various Back Office tasks (impounds, fines, file tracking, invoicing, profile validation, etc.) All tasks that may be related to the position of "US/FR Customer Advisor"

Expected skills:



A perfect level of English and French, written and spoken. autonomy on your missions You are able to follow and apply the instructions of your managers You have an excellent capacity for analysis and understanding Versatile & curious, you are a real jack of all trades You demonstrate involvement and motivation
