Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach calls to potential freelance candidates. Source and identify talent suitable for client needs. Engage in pre-call preparation to ensure effective communication. Execute cold calling strategies to acquire new freelance talent. Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and match them with the right talent. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
You are the ideal candidate if:
✔️ You have some experience or strong interest in recruitment/sourcing;
✔️ You possess excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills;
✔️ You are looking for a team adventure with responsibilities and autonomy;
✔️ In addition to your native language, you have a good command of English;
✔️ Experience in IT and working internationally is a plus;
✔️ You hold a master, and you are eager to grow in a scale-up environment.
