CRM & Data Operations Specialist

Venari security is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Data operations specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our CRM and data management initiatives across different companies and industries. You will work closely with the CRM Manager and Head of data to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our customer data and marketing automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data management:

• Structure, cleanse, and migrate customer data into CRM systems.
• Identify and eliminate duplicate records.
• Remove profiles with invalid contact data and maintain data hygiene.
• Refresh data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

Email marketing:

• Generate high-quality leads and manage data migration/mapping into CRM systems or Email marketing systems.
• Create targeted email workflows based on triggers and segmentation strategies.
• Data analysis and reporting understanding
• Utilize HubSpot dashboards to analyse campaign performance and generate real-time effectiveness data
• Generate CSV files with accurate data columns.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into customer behaviour, sales performance, and overall business metrics.
• Calculate customized metrics to support data-driven decision making.

Automation and integrations:

• Develop workflows to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Set up internal notifications within the CRM system to keep teams informed.
• Ensure seamless integrations with other systems (meeting systems, email tracking tools…).
• Collaborate with engineering teams on maintaining system integrations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience working with CRM systems or any other similar information systems involving data management (even an email marketing tool).
• Strong understanding of data management principles and techniques.
• Mathematical mindset with a proficiency in analysing and interpreting metrics and rates.
• Knowledge of marketing automation triggers and workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to present reports with confidence to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to stay on top of new developments within the industry and to learn fast for us to stay one step ahead of the competition.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data cleansing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages.
• Experience with lead generation techniques.
