About This Role:


The Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with Cognira’s brand objectives and engage target audiences across multiple channels. This individual will lead the development of compelling content, guide cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize content performance using data-driven insights. As a key player in the marketing department, the Content Strategist will ensure that all content resonates with the brand’s identity, supports campaign goals, and drives audience engagement.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive content strategies, including content pillars, tone, voice, and overarching brand identity, tailored to resonate with Cognira’s target audiences.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content across various channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Collaborate with subject matter experts and leverage insights from partner teams to support campaign goals.
  • Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research into audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences, utilizing these insights to inform content strategies and enhance messaging.
  • Content Briefs: Develop detailed, insight-driven content briefs to ensure consistency in tone and messaging, while inspiring creative teams to produce on-strategy content.
  • Content Optimization and Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using statistical techniques and analytics tools. Refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing. Incorporate innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and educate the team on new platforms and technologies.
  • Competitive Review: Monitor competitors to identify key learnings and provide insights that contribute to strategic content development.
  • Community Development: Lead the organic growth and engagement of communities across social media platforms, ensuring content is both informative and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Define KPIs: Establish benchmarks and metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of content strategies and social media presence.
  • Inspire and Lead:  Foster a positive work environment by inspiring and mentoring team members, building collaboration, and maintaining high team morale.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with integrated agency teams to ensure content strategies are aligned with overall business goals and initiatives.

What you bring to the table:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience as a Content Creator or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content writing samples.
  • Proven experience and solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to create content that aligns with search engine best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent writing skills - C1 or C2 English Level
  • Strong research skills
  • Previous experience working with social media advertising (LinkedIn Ads), Emails Campaigns, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
