LI-Hybrid #LI-AG1About the role:As Business Intelligence Analyst, your main role is to:
- Work closely with various teams to establish performance metrics, create reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to help guide business decisions and strategies.
- Work as part of a broader CXSD Team and assist them with Run Business Metrics.
- Review data to understand trends and develop insights
About the team:The Client Experience (CX) team is responsible for delivering world best class services to our clients. Whilst gaining a detailed understanding of Cleared Derivatives, the CX team is responsible for optimizing our clients’ experience by efficiently managing client issues and stabilizing operational aspects by continuously working on innovative improvement.
What you will be doing:- Work with various CXSD Team to define the need and set the best KPIs.
- Work closely with Product Lead to prioritize the backlog
- Drive improvements in Run Business Metrics.
What you will need:- Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
- Knowledge of basic Cleared Derivatives financial principles.
- Use Microsoft Power Business Intelligence - Power BI - to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Use Power Automate to optimize and automate workflows and business processes
- A bachelor’s in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
