Job description
LittleBIG Connection is actively looking for a Business Account Specialist to join our dynamic team inTunisia.
Mission Description Ensuring the satisfaction of your clients’ portfolio is achieved through the preparation of the incoming business according to LB platform requirements
Managing disconnected clients’ specific processes from the creation of RFPs on the platform, PO Gathering and alignment of projects conditions are met.
Initiate new projects and project renewals by
verifying and validating the correct configuration of the supplier and client profiles validating and manage renewals of legal documents in time Retrieving the Purchase Orders and processing Initialization the business in time
Oversee that all deliverables’ dates, from mission start to supplier payment, are hitting the targets agreed at the validation of the RFP
Maintaining a strong alignment with the Account Manager
Consolidate collaborative processes, collaboration with the product team, as well as with automation and AI initiative
Ensuring continuous improvement of our sales administration processes as we value your feedback to improve the way we deliver value to our clients
Any other support that is needed to fulfil a business need
Ensuring a perfect billing flow with a strong collaboration with the finance team.
Ensuring Suppliers and Clients validate timesheets and fixing potential issues
Ensuring the close monitoring of renewing projects following the reception of the Purchase Order
Profile Requirements
Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and with a positive attitude
You like solving problems and are detail oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
A minimum of 2 years in Customer Support or any related Service field (for or with a strong use of digital products)
A degree or more in Communication, Management, IT, Business or similar fields
Able to tackle complexity and pay attention to details, accentuate an analytical mind.
Able to work under pressure with a constant focus
You enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
