Your responsibilities
MANAGEMENT AND/OR DEPARTMENT MISSION:
- Detect potential business on Tunisian territory and obtain through these prospecting and prescription actions descriptions mentioning the use of Sika systems on these sites, in compliance with technical constraints.
- Set up organized prescribing actions with market players and develop the business pipeline
in Tunisia,
- Define and implement specific action plans (customer training, technical days, etc.).
- Identify market trends and gather market information.
GENERAL MISSION OF THE FUNCTION :
- Develop intensive cooperation with key players through business meetings with architects, economists, prime contractors, distributors, companies and building majors (Facade builders, general contractors, etc.).
- Identify priority target companies for projects based on prescription feedback.
- Work closely with TMMs, with the aim of creating mutual synergies.
- Create a favorable environment with industrial clients and project managers to facilitate the use of Sika systems on construction sites.
- Develop and animate a network of specialized companies.
Handle and resolve key customer complaints and prepare customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers who generate the most revenue for the company.
