The Nest Boutique Resort offers a luxurious and serene escape in Paje, Zanzibar. Set along the beachfront, it features a variety of villas, including tree houses with rooftop terraces, offering stunning views and a tranquil environment. The resort caters to guests looking for personalized experiences with its rich offerings, including dining under the stars, yoga sessions, kite surfing, and other adventure activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet villa guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
- Attend to guests' needs throughout their stay, offering five-star service with an emphasis on discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and manage reservations for activities such as island tours, kite surfing, snorkeling, and other local excursions.
- Arrange dining experiences, including exclusive romantic dinners, both on-site and in the surrounding areas.
- Organize transport and ensure smooth logistics for guests' trips, whether it is an airport transfer or a day out exploring Zanzibar.
- Manage daily housekeeping and coordinate with other resort staff to maintain top-tier service.
Skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in luxury resorts or private villas.
- A strong sense of discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle requests and solve problems efficiently, ensuring guests' satisfaction.
- A passion for providing high-level, personalized service in a serene and exclusive setting.
