Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality
Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled
Prepare and maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions
Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment
Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all products are properly packaged and labeled
Monitor and report on stock levels, anticipating any potential shortages or excesses
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area
Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and storage
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using inventory management software
Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
High school diploma or equivalent
