Key Responsibilities:
Workshop Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Monitor and manage the workflow, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed within set timelines.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards in compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and efficiency.
Customer Support:
Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing effective resolutions.
Inventory and Reporting:
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the Parts Department for timely procurement.
Prepare and submit reports on workshop performance, productivity, and service quality to the GM and Aftersales Manager.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in workshop management, preferably in heavy commercial vehicles.
Strong understanding of truck maintenance, diagnostics, and repair processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop management software.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid Saudi driving license.
