responsibilities:

• develop and implement a holistic wellness strategy and programs that align with PAUSEAWAY mission and objectives
• manage the day-to-day Wellness Center operations like reservations and performance reports
• monitor and enforce the Wellness Center policies, processes, and procedures
• assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervision and performance of the Wellness Center team
• manage the Wellness Center budget, including expensesand inventory control
• maintain professional and technical knowledge about global and local standards and trends in the wellness and spa industry
• seek B2B opportunities that will increase the services level
• perform any other duties as assigned by management in the wellness area
  

• comprehensive knowledge of wellness principles, preventive health measures, and evidence-based practices in wellness planning
• experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation within the wellness field
• passion for promoting health and wellness in the community
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of people
• guest-service oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
• proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other property management systems
