What Will Your Main Responsibilities be:
Follow safety and Enviromental procedures as per Unilever standards, participate in safety engagement.
Adhere to quality standard and uphold quality culture.
Maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitoring inventory levels and placing production orders.
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory records.
Collaborating with production, logistics and planning team to ensure that materials are always available when needed.
Implementing and maintaining inventory policies and procedures.
Conducting regular inventory audits and stocktaking activities.
Managing waste loss tree, investigate the variances with gaps identification and action closure plan.
Ensuring all produced FG pallets are properly labeled and maintained in the system.
Responsible of coordinating write off and blocked material procedures with relative stakeholders.
Advise and support, in cooperation with UMS coordinator, production staff on the application of UMS techniques.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent fields.
0 - 2 Years of Experience in Supply Chain.
Experience of material control or waste management is a plus.
Working knowledge of inventory management software (SAP).
Strong organizational and communication skills with high discipline.
Great attention to details and ability to multitask.
